Write down 3 things you are grateful for each day: creates a pattern of having your brain scan the world for positive things

Journal about 1 positive experience you had each day: allows your brain to relive that experience

Exercise: trains your brain that your behavior matters

Meditation: allows your brain to focus on the task at hand

Random Acts of Kindness: are conscious acts of kindness. Achor had people in companies write one positive email to someone — praising or thanking them.
