What are the first steps I can take towards my goals?

-Think about how you will implement your goal for the first few days…

-Remember to start small

-Be specific — write it down

For example, if you’re starting a new yoga routine, you may want to take the first few days to just sit on your mat for a few minutes at a regular time. It’s important to start small and create a routine around the habit.
