Happy Wednesday! Today we celebrate the amazing veterans who risked their lives to protect us and allow us to live happy lives. Let’s honor them by being grateful.

Gratitude activities for today:

1. Write 3–5 things you are grateful for today.

2. Start a Gratitude Jar. Everyday, write something you are grateful for on a piece of paper and put it in the jar.

3. Gratitude Rock. Put it in a place where you know you will encounter it at certain points in your day. Some people put it in a drawer. Whenever you see it, think about 1 thing you are grateful for.

4. Gratitude Prompts. Try one of these gratitude prompts if you need help thinking of things to be grateful for:

-I’m grateful for three things I hear:

-I’m grateful for three things I see:

-I’m grateful for three things I smell:

-I’m grateful for three things I touch/feel:

-I’m grateful for these three things I taste:

-I’m grateful for these three blue things:

-I’m grateful for these three animals/birds:

-I’m grateful for these three friends:

-I’m grateful for these three teachers:

-I’m grateful for these three family members:

-I’m grateful for these three things in my home:

-I’m grateful for these three people who hired me:
