Based on yesterday’s newsletter about having a more mindful lunch break, I’ve decided to give you a quick 5-minute meditation you can do during that time.

Again, it’s so important to take a moment to separate from work and the busyness of life. You can check in with your body and mind and notice how you’re doing. These 5 minutes give you a chance to reset which will be extremely beneficial for the rest of the day.
