Happy Friday, yolks! We made it to the end of the workweek. Let’s look forward to a nice relaxing weekend. My goal for you this weekend is to find 10 mindful minutes to sit and focus on your breath.

The speaker, Andy Puddicombe, was a Tibetan Buddhist monk who used to live in Northern India. He became an author, public speaker, and teacher of mindfulness and meditation. He’s also the co-founder of Headspace, an awesome app if you’re starting out with meditation.
