Happy Wednesday! Today we’re going to talk about a few mindfulness practices to help you with your mindfulness routine.

Also, I’m sharing an app with you that can help train your brain for mindfulness.

Tips:

Practice 10 minutes of mindfulness training a day: most people use their mornings for mindfulness practice.

Avoid reading email first thing in the morning: we are the most creative in the morning. This is the time to do independent work without distractions.

Turn off all notifications: turn off notifications. You become reactive to those sounds you hear.

Stop multitasking: it makes you reactive. Try doing one thing at a time.

Put it on your calendar: every two weeks schedule a time to check-in with yourself and see how things are going.
