Happy New Year’s Eve!

Better get those resolutions ready to go for tomorrow. Here is the last question to think about when it comes to resolutions…

What progress will I make in 30, 60, and 90 days? How will I know?

-Write down your 30, 60, and 90 day goals and your plan to achieve those goals

-Mark these milestones in your calendar so you remember to evaluate your progress

-How will you evaluate your progress?

For example, my 30 day goal might be: do 30 minutes of yoga.

My plan will be to start with 1 minute of yoga on day one, 2 minutes of yoga on day two and so on.

I could write my plan and goals in a notebook or put it as a to-do in my calendar.

To keep track of my progress and maintain motivation, I can check off each day when I have successfully completed each task.
