The Good Egg: Virtual Father’s Day

Father’s Day is this weekend and because of quarantine life, many of us are not able to be with our fathers. So, I’ve decided to share a few ideas I discovered on how to celebrate a “Virtual Father’s Day”.
2. If your dad likes to cook, you can look up YouTube videos and cook the same meal together. AirBNB is offering virtual cooking classes as well!
3. See if you can get dad’s favorite food delivered to his house! Mmm!
5. If your dad “always-laughs-at-his-own-jokes,” you could set up a Zoom stand-up comedy night with friends and family. “The Living Room Show” does stand-up comedy every Friday night at 8pm. You can watch for free on Zoom!
6. Host a dad trivia night via Zoom. You can create a slideshow of trivia questions and see who gets the most answers correct! (Thank you to Good Egg reader, Kaitlyn K, for the inspiration)
Above all else, remember to take this time to celebrate anyone in your life that you love. Celebrate mom, celebrate your grandparents, celebrate your siblings and your friends. It’s a day where you can be grateful for whoever has guided you and supported you in good times and bad.
Have a wonderful weekend!
